SPLINTER GROUP

As part of our off-season training, we'll be having a paintball session on 1 November 2008 @ Bukit Jalil or Gombak (to be decided).

Unfortunately, participation is by prior confirmation only as we need to book the field in advance and need to pay hard-earned money for the deposit.

Those interested please leave a note and confirm your participation to Weeeeeeeliam aka hitman (formerly known as hitboy, but due to some, ahem, 'downsizing' operation, is now a man).

We have been talking about it season after season, you've been wondering about it season after season.

Well, wonder no more. We've got a few thousand worth of words to back up our assertions that this season is rigged as our dedicated paparazzi managed to infiltrate a secretive meeting between the puppet masters held at a secret location to dish out the dough :-


^^ Proof 1 - The conspirators, manager and organizer, haggling aggresively over prices.

^^ Proof 2 - the match referee given the payola after the fees have been finalised.

.^^Proof 3 - the chief referee received his payola too for his part in the nefarious scheme.

^^ Proof 4 - the most sought after trophy.

^^ Proof 5 - our 'undercover' reporter spying on the shady dealings happening around, noticed his intent glare at the next table where the managers are negotiating with the organizer (proof 1 above)

Kenduri Kesyukuran

A THANKSGIVING DINNER will be held this Saturday (11October 2008) at 7.30.

Venue will be at the San Francisco restaurant, located at the row of shops near Carrefour, Wangsa Maju.

League members will be given free food and are encouraged to bring guests eg.
a. spouse (you can only have one),
b. girlfriends (you may have >1 :),
c. boyfriends (we're an open minded),
d. children (ye go forth and multiply, you may have as many as you like), and/or
e. etc.

Guests shall be given free food by the person who invited them....so if you're kiam-siap and still want to bring guests, share food lor.

Winners of trophies, medals and other outstanding achievement awards, like our own Balloon of Odor will be announced.

Please confirm your attendance (and your guests) to your team manager ASAP (deadline given to the managers was last night ). Also, please state your preference of dish, chicken, beef or fish (sorry, no pork coz all babi balik tongsan)

P/S : we're calling it a thanksgiving dinner this season because a majority of us are simply very thankful to have survived the hardest season ever (to borrow a quote from TARA3) without visiting the local hospitals, clinics or tit-tar sinseh.
